Contact Our Team
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your items.
Pack Your Items
Ensure that coffee accessories or equipment are in their original packaging; please note that roasted coffee must be unopened to qualify for a return.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
